AP Teams Celeb Photographers To Launch New Photo Agency

The Associated Press and a group of the world’s ‘leading entertainment photographers’ have teamed up to launch Invision a new photo agency which ‘aims to be a leader in providing inside access to the entertainment industry, offering unparalleled photographic coverage and creating new revenue streams that help support AP’s core mission of newsgathering.’
They say: “From well-known, marquee entertainment events to photo and video assignment services designed to meet your every need, Invision is an innovative way for customers to now experience entertainment from the inside.”
Dan Becker, Managing Director says: “Invision can create customized photo assignment packages to meet every customer’s needs. The agency is majority owned by the Associated Press, and guided by the high standards of AP’s editorial integrity.”
Photographers already signed up include: Matt Sayles, Jordan Strauss, John Shearer, Jon Furniss, Evan Agostini, Casey Rodgers, Todd Williamson, and Chris Pizzello.
