Springboard Images is a contemporary, innovative collection of creative abstract imagery, founded by photographers Chris Windsor and Roz Woodward. Drawing on both gritty urban reality and beautiful natural environments, from forests to the seashore, Springboard offers a wide range of vibrant images.

Movement is used to suggest excitement and energy while colours, shapes and textures convey concepts, emotions and moods. Long exposures and close-up, short depth-of-field create abstract images. These innovative photographs are both distinctive and highly versatile, providing a valuable image resource. Springboard’s ‘movement and spin’ images for example, have been used for construction industry brochures, adding a striking contemporary feel.

Chris Windsor has worked as a professional photographer for over 20 years, shooting for advertising agencies and design groups. Shoots have ranged from hanging out from helicopters taking pictures of London's skyline to coaxing Andrex puppies to perform on cue. For the past ten years, Chris has also been supplying library-photos to Getty Images. Using his experience gained in this field Chris has teamed up with Roz to set up Springboard Images. Designed for ease of use, all Springboard’s images are high-resolution, royalty free and instantly downloadable.
