The CEO of the World Entertainment News Network (WENN) requires an experienced PA. WENN is a global leader in entertainment news & photos providing newspapers, magazines, radio, TV, websites etc in over 30 countries with the very latest celebrity news & photos.

WENN’s CEO, based at the company’s London HQ, is seeking someone with at least 2 years experience working in a media company to take on this challenging role.

You should meet the following criteria:-
* must have a University degree or equivalent work experience
* must be a motivated problem solver
* must be able to work in a small office/team environment
* must be proficient in computer skills
* must have excellent organisational & communication skills.
* must be able to take direction and also work independently
* must have an outgoing personality
* must have English as your first language – additional languages would be a benefit

Duties to include:
* arranging all aspects of the CEO’s hectic business & personal life
* liaising on the CEO’s behalf with all departments within the company’s global offices in London, Berlin, New York & Los Angeles
* attending meetings with the CEO to take and distribute meeting notes
* assisting other directors as and when appropriate
