iStockalypse London Proves Very Creative

The iStockalypse event in London went very well a couple of weeks ago. Photoarchivenews.com was invited to join the creativity for a day – popped in for an hour – and ended up staying for three! – following a team of iStock contributors, Alistair Shankie (above left) and Holger Mette, through Covent Garden shooting what they found lead by Getty Images photo editor Brendan Healy (above right). Shankie wrote: “There was a group of Getty editorial staff over from Ireland to partner us on the streets. I went my own way for two days..By wednesday i realised i needed some help and in stepped ..Brendan.From that wednesday morning the event really started to take shape and i became more productive and took on board some really smart and savvy advice from Brendan.Thursday we descended into Brighton….” read on through Alistarir’s link above.
