Head of Licensing and Content Syndication for Magnum Photos the international photo agency with offices located in New York, Paris, London and Tokyo.
Magnum is seeking an experienced goal-oriented senior media salesperson to lead a team of 10 global account executives. Preferably based in New York and reporting directly to the CEO and board President.
Must have experience licensing digital content and demonstrated success in working with online marketing and digital/tech development teams to grow web traffic and achieve revenue targets for traditional image licensing.

Responsibilities:
• Effectively present Magnum’s content and services with a consultative sales approach achieving measurable success and generating new business.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with key media accounts, leading third party platforms and other online resellers in international markets.
• Oversee the operational planning of partner connectivity and strategic business objectives of e-commerce for the professional licensing sector of the Magnum website.
• Ability to lead and build consensus across a broad environment of internal departments with diverse backgrounds and needs: editorial, ad and corporate, legal, finance, digital production and the photographer board itself.

Qualifications:
• In depth experience in sales management, including all phases: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation and account management preferably in the image licensing business and the best practices of this sector.
• Should have a good portfolio of industry relationships at an executive level with key accounts in the advertising, editorial and publishing sector at an executive level.
• Proven track record in dealing with complex issues regarding connectivity and e-commerce in multiple geographic markets.

The primary Sales role will involve:
- Call and email existing and prospective clients

Premium Rights-Managed image library Gallery Stock are seeking an experienced German speaking Account Manager to join this agency’s talented commercial team in London and sell from London into the German market.
The successful application will be a self motivated, organised and detail oriented sales professional with an existing database of active image buying clients in Germany across all client segments: corporate, agency, editorial and media.

The Account Manager is the daily liaison for German clients and must generate revenue by understanding how this agency’s portfolio can provide them with creative image solutions.
This is sales role and the Account Manager must be comfortable with aggressive monthly sales targets and finding new contacts within Germany.

The Role:
This position focuses on selling Rights Managed, premium stock content.
Must be comfortable with high touch sales, managing special relationships with established photographers who require a connection before a sale can be made.
Must be comfortable and enthusiastic about closing deals on hi-touch, unreleased images that require negotiation with models and model agencies.
Accountable for driving revenue by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing accounts and/or transactional servicing with a focus on relationship based selling.
Execute custom photo research for clients, prepare lightboxes and make outbound telephone sales calls to existing accounts to follow up on specific projects.
Pitch new and incoming content to existing client base.
Offer quick, flexible, and friendly customer service to a variety of clients on tight deadlines.
An understanding of a variety of customer segments is vital: magazines, broadcast, digital media, books, and more.
An understanding of the value of a high-end product is crucial.

Requirements:
Minimum of two years outbound/inbound sales or account management experience – specifically in the photo stock syndication arena.
Must be able to multi-task.
Knowledge/use of Customer Relationship Management systems preferred
Basic computer literacy (Internet, Word, Excel, Filemaker Pro, etc.)
Fluency in written and spoken German
